Weekend - Arms, Chest

I had a good weekend - on Saturday night, I went to a Rodizio place called Gaucho Rodizio, and probably ate about 5 lbs of meat; it was excellent! I think it really carried over into Sunday, because on Sunday when I trained chest, I did 225 lbs for incline barbell benchpress. I normally just 185 and 205 on that exercise, so it was definitely great to feel stronger. I'm eating my oatmeal right now after having my 42 gram protein shot and Dan Active. I'm going to do a cooking video today with chicken and brown rice. So, check the site either tonight or tomorrow for that.

Harrison: Just wanted to say thanks for explaining the target areas of the muscles. My trainer has me doing these but has not explained very well what area is targeted so I have trouble visualizing it during the exercise. This made it clear where the focus is!Add a Comment
