Two Year Anniversary and New Year's Resolutions

Happy New Year to everyone!

This week is the 2 year anniversary of the blog, and I wanted to thank all of you who have contributed to making it a success.  Also, this video discusses making your New Year's resolutions a reality!

Peter Adonis: Patric, I'm hoping to get out to LA this spring or summer to film new training videos - it is just tough coordinating with a studio, and expensive to pay the studio for the time and the videographer, but hopefully soon we can do it. I'm glad that you are finding that the blog helps you stay in shape.
