Training Back - Pullups

Pullups are one of the best exercises for back-training.  It's an old school exercise that a lot of people overlook with all of the machines available in commercial gyms, but I definitely recommend incorporating pullups into your back routine.

aaron: Hi - I recently came upon your site and have really enjoyed the training tips you offer. For the past five years I have been a combination of gym rat and couch potato - at 32 years of age - what would you recommend to get my butt back to tip top shape - is it really a combo of diet, weights and cardio or is one more important than the others - thanks and again great site!

Jen: I enjoyed the variation of pull ups. I am slowly training myself to do pull ups. It has not been easy being that I have a stronger lower body than I do upper. Thanks again! Jen :)
