Training and Eating Log

Okay, so all 100 or so photos have been added to the site. The ones in the boxing gym are my personal favorite, and are probably the favorite of any photo shoot that I've ever done. I think it really showcases the progress in my training.
Today was a good day for both eating and training. Below is my eating log.
1000 am:

415 pm:
Preworkout shake: Green/white/red tea and acai as base for the shake, 2 scoops of nanovapor, creatine monohydrate, liquid aminos
545 pm:

600 pm:
35 gram protein shake
700 pm:
35 gram protein shake
800 pm:
Hummus with whole wheat pita
Greek Pasta with chicken (whole wheat pasta, red onions, kalamata olives, double chicken, feta cheese)

Rog ("Rocky"): Then in these "Leg" workout photos, your Hamstrings appear to be kind of like rock-hard slabs of cement under your skin. (Someday when you're just standing up, bend one of your legs a little bit, and then FLEX your Hamstring! You'll discover that it feels like R O C K !! ) Now let me rave about your thighs. The front of your thighs, while you're doing the squats... are unbelievably huge. I'm sure that just under my fingers... they would feel like blazing hot steel! In many other shots, you'll find that your Abs, Pecs and Arms are also of great size and proportion. Pete is NOT a WIMP~!!! I'd give anything to talk to any guys that you may have scissored with your fantastic legs! They would be forever fearful of your legs! The power in your legs could easily snap a bunch of ribs in some guy's ribcage!! Thanks again Pete for this info. I also get a charge out of the fact that in my mind, you are a giant intellectually too. I remember some of the subjects we've talked about before, and you are just NOT a big dumb just "Musclehead" Built with quite a mind! I'm gonna keep this in my "Favorites" file so that I can pull them out and look at your thighs ANYtime I want to... Just take care of your beautiful physique Pete. And NO TATTOOS ~ ~ EVER~!!
