Tony Clinton Question
Posted on Wednesday February 27, 2008 by Pete

Tony wrote into the site and asked this question:

Tony Clinton: Peter, Just discovered your site and love it. I have a question. I try to exercise every other day. My problem is when I finish my bench presses, I end up with a headache for 2 days. What am I doing wrong? Tony

I took the first part of the video shoot this weekend and answered Tony's question.  Here ya go, Tony, I hope this helps.

Sweet Lisa: Hi Peter, I really love your pictures and how those blue shorts leave nothing to the imagination. Oh my!! Sweet Lisa

Razor Beam: I think you should auction off the blue shorts and the white shorts you wore in previous videos. I would pay top $$$$ for both. It would be best if you came with them. YUM. Nice work out too, YOU MOTIVATE ME!!!

Peter Adonis: Davis - thanks for adding this, and this is true with any persistent pain. If you have any type of continual pain, it is always best to go to your doctor to get it checked out, and most especially if you've made an adjustment of form like the specific one I mentioned and the pain still continues. -Peter Adonis

Davis: Peter, Love your stuff. No pain, no gain but, it might be a good idea to warn people that unusual, persistent or severe pain in any area of the body, but especially the head should be checked with a physician. Even young athletes have died from ruptured aneurysms and heart attacks that might have been prevented if they had not ignored signs. The cause may indeed by poor form, but it could also be high blood pressure or worse. Keep us thinking healthy.

Patient Perseverance: Great video! Something as simple as an apple one hour before working out can give you a lot of additional energy. I also drink a half bottle of Redline Extreme. Sometimes exhaustion can come from a low carb diet and lack of salt. (This happens, because the body sheds fluid, as carb intake decreases, thereby eliminating salt at a rapid pace. Some salted peanuts do re-energize you, if that's the problem. Atkins used to recommend it to his patients. Cheers!

Peter Adonis: Yes, that could be an issue, but I figured it was form with Tony, because he mentions only with bench press, not with working out in general. With your case, take a good preworkout shake with some fruit thrown into it for some natural sugar and that should take care of the issue. -Peter Adonis
