The Theban Diet

The Theban Diet is not as strict as The Spartan Diet, but not as high calorie/indulgent as The Athenian Diet. I personally use this when I'm on The Spartan Diet, and I've lost too much weight too quickly, or my muscles have a 'flat' look to them from being on The Spartan Diet for an extended period of time. It's almost identical to The Spartan Diet with a few additions. I've bolded the additions so you can see the difference:
