The Miracle Noodle

Ingredients:
9 oz of shirataki noodle ( www.miraclenoodle.com )
1 packet of solid white albacore tuna packed in water
Black Pepper
Olive Oil
Flax Seed Oil
Directions:
Rinse noodles in collander for 2 to 3 minutes, pat dry. Place into a bowl. Add tuna. Add black pepper, olive oil and flax seed oil.

This is a perfect 2 to 5 minute lunch for those of you on the go. Also, as I say in the video, I encourage all of you to check out, www.miraclenoodle.com , especially those of you dieting, and trying to get lean.
