'Hey Pete. I'm a hard-gainer, and now that the fall/winter season is upon us, I plan to cut back on the frequency of my workouts to allow myself to put on some weight/muscle. (In the summer, I usually work out 5 to 6 days a week. In the fall/winter, I usually cut back to 4 days.) My question is...Should I be taking the same supplements on my days off as I do on workout days? Currently I take Glutamine, BCAAs, Arginine, and of course Protein. Should I still take all those even if I'm taking the day off? Often the guidelines say to take a certain supplement first thing in the morning, and then again either before or after your workout...but what if you aren't working out that day? Thanks for your help!'
'I have a question. I do exercise 3 to 4 times a week. I do a lot of push ups, abs and run almost 2 to 3 miles. Why I can't ripped my abs. What's I'm doing wrong'
