Ron Ray who has been following this blog since its inception, just drew me from the Fage Greek Yogurt clip.  I really like it!  Thanks Ron! It's posted above, so you all can check out his artwork!

I've been busy preparing for a video shoot with Max Philisaire this Sunday; we are going to be training arms, so I've been eating clean and tanning in preparation.  Max is a cool guy - very down to earth - and he's doing really well with his modeling.  He was just featured on Connex247 and also in the Trina video 'I'm Single Again.'  I think we're really going to get some good footage.

Then on March 8th, I'm shooting with Biff Boswell, who has been modeling for a few years, and has a pretty big following, especially online.  I confirmed with him the other day, and we are going to be training chest.  So, keep an eye out for these videos as they will be on the site over the next few weeks/months.  Once these are complete, I'll probably go to LA in April/May to shoot a bunch more out there and then probably back here for the rest of the summer. 

Even though this is a busy week for me in prepping for the shoot this weekend, I think I will try to do a cooking clip tomorrow or Thursday.  I'm thinking about doing Basa fish.  I'm just having some green/red/white tea right now and relaxing before I shower and head into the gym.  I'm going to train chest and abs, and then train a few of my clients.  I'll probably tan after that.  Tanning this week is just as important as the workouts, because it really showcases the muscular definition and size.

Patient Perseverance: Artistic drawing! It captures the gesticulation you make with your arms, when you are emphasizing something. It also captures your body type. I don't see the Peter I know (or his disarming humanity) in the face, but that's just me, and it doesn't diminish the overall artistic value of the drawing. :-)
