"Hi Pete, I recently started lifting weights, but I am a vegetarian. I want to increase in muscle but am wondering what I should use to "pack-in" the protein. What foods should I eat to help me? I do eat soy products and have bought some of the protein powder shake, but I'm not sure what a good product is. Thanks, Jayson"

Peter Adonis: Mr. Old, if you are having a sweet craving, try giving your body natural sugar such as honey on top of some freshly sliced fruit. That should assuage the craving for sweets. -Peter Adonis10/06/2009

Jack: Watching/listening to you is always one of my Monday highlights. I especially like the advice you give. Glad you had a good time in Miami. I'm so used to seeing you in the kitchen. Interesting background this week - kind of rich and masculine.Add a Comment
