"Hey Pete, Thanks for answering some of my previous questions, you've helped me so much. I have several other questions. I know overtraining exists when you train the same body part just a few days after a hard workout on that same part. But is it possible to do TOO many sets at the gym? What's a good number of total sets to do? I try to do 12 sets total. 4 exercises - 3 sets each or 3 exercises - 4 sets each. I want to do more but I don't want to overtrain. Is what I'm doing adequate? Can I do more sets? I'm just afraid of doing too many and wasting hard work. O and how long do you rest between each set? Plus, is it overtraining if I workout my back one day then arms the next day (considering arms are used during my back day)? I'm also trying to bulk up. I eat 6 meals and try to add more and more food but sometimes my stomach just can't take it. Any pointers? -Jack (I know that was a lot thrown at you, but you can edit my question for the blog that might be easier for everyone to understand. Thanks!)"
"Hi Peter, Recently I submitted a question regarding the supplements & workout routine I created and currently follow. Just to refresh your memory, I'm currently taking: GNC Mega Men Sport Vitapaks AMP Wheybolic Extreme 60 Zinc Magnesium Aspertate and Vitamins, C, E & Omega 3 I'm seriously considering taking some more BCAAs and some nighttime protein by way of: Xtend by Scivation Casein Protein drink (brand undetermined) I am also thinking about a pre-workout drink. Do you believe this is too much in the way of supplement intake? Would you recommend more/others? Thanks in advance, J :)"

Peter Adonis: J Ayala, no problem whatsoever. Keep working hard, and stay the course, you can do it! :)10/20/2009
Kevin Scott Marcus: Hey Peter: I wanted to [again] thank you for adding me as a friend at MySpace. I wanted to ask a question about wine and other alcoholic beverages. I have heard that alcohol taken in moderation (with wine, it's two glasses, no more) can have benefits. I'd like to hear your take on it. Thanks.10/20/2009
J Ayala: Just wanted to say thank you for your quick and -as always- helpful response. I'm fairly new to working out and endeavor to have a body as nice as yours someday soon and to help others achieve a healthier lifestyle as well. Thank you for your encouragement! Keep up the great work! J ;)Add a Comment
