I noticed that you talked about taking ReserveAge's organic supplement and I looked online to consider buying some. However while searching for it I found that it was really plugging the angle of slowing down the aging process. As I am only twenty years old, I dont really have a lot of need for something like that right now. I did notice another supplement on the same site called ResverAcai, by a company called Anabolic Addiction. This product supposedly combines the benefits of resveratrol and Acai, which I've also heard good things about. Now I dont know much about supplements and currently dont take any but I have been doing 30-min daily cardio training in attempts to lose weight and I feel like I have plateaued, which is why your post about resveratrol interested me so much. I'm already relatively muscular naturally and would really just like to lower my body fat. Is ResverAcai the way I should go or am I coming at this issue all wrong?"

Lissette Alvarez: Your body looks so good here. I liked what you said about antiaging, that it should be something that you start in your 20s instead of waiting until late 30s, early 40s, it is much more effective that way in my opinion.Add a Comment
