"my right side of my body seems bigger than my left. why is this? and how can i fix this? thank you for your help."

"I'm 21,5'7, and weigh 125pounds. I've had a hard time dealing with putting on weight and building muscle. I was wondering if there was anything different I need to change by eating or working out to build muscle/weight. Its been hard to even find clothes that fit because I'm small. Need some advice. Thank Pete."

"Hi Pete. I am high school senior and am currently trying to help improve my self image. I row for a competitive crew team for 2 1/2 hours, 6 days a week. This includes cardio, weights, body weight work outs, and of course, rowing. I also eat a very balanced diet with limited to none processed foods. The problem I am having even after doing all of this for 3 years, I am incapable of getting the abs I want. There is a layer of fat that is in the way. I have tried everything in my knowledge to try and get rid of it but I'm not sure what more I can do. Any advice on the subject would be greatly appreciated."

brad: Thanks for the advice man. I'll try those tips to gain the weight that I'm wanting. People have told me that protein drinks have help them also. I'll try some out along with the eating every 2hrs with workout.
