Also how many sets and reps?i noticed to said something in a question and answer segment about if youre working out your back(for ex.)you should do on low end 15 high end 21 reps, which would be6-7 excercised per muscle group.Did i understand this right? Also my goal is to get bigger but also stay lean(i wrote you last week)i was going do 5 days weights 7 days cardio now im going 6 days cardio.i will let you know how that works.im doing 3 days cardio @30 min then 3 days cardio @40 minutes is this ok? Listen thanks for all your help im sure ill have more questions for you in the future i appreciate your knowledge and your time you spend answering questions thanks-kenneth"
"hey Peter, I currently teach 5 group fitness classes per week at my gym. The days I teach are Monday Kickbox in the morning, cycling in the evening, Wed (kickbox - evening), Sat morning (cycle) and Sun morning (kicbox). I'd like to know your suggestions for implementing more resistance training in my routine with this type of schedule. What would be an effective cross-training program for me? "
