Q & A Section
Posted on Friday August 08, 2008 by Pete

I just wanted to let all of you know that I've been answering a lot of the questions in the Q & A section.  The way it is set up is that if you asked a question on say 6/19, it might be on the 3rd page or so, because it is setup based on the date asked, not the date answered, so just scroll back a few pages to see your question and answer.

I hope everyone is having a great week - I think I'm going to do grilled lamb chops for the next cooking video, so stay tuned for that!

Rodney: Hey Pete, My name is Rodney and I just ran across your blog today. I'm a 19 year old University Student, I go to the gym 4 times a week, I try to eat healthy (nothing fried, nothing sweet, no bread carbs, etc.).. and I've got a pretty solid set of abs. My concern comes in the issue that lately, outside of University and work, I'm really tired by the time I have to head to the gym, and sometimes notice I don't put quite as much effort into my workouts as I have in the past. I'm just curious what insight you might have towards having more energy and/or what motivating factors you might know of. Thanks a lot! Rodney

Mick: Hi. I just stumbled across your website. My compliments! Hot men, and real info that I can use in my work outs, etc. I am wondering if you can recommend a fat loff supplement to kick start a weight loss effort I'm begining. I realize that it all boils down to eating right, eating several times a day with the right foods, and hard exercise - but I need a kick-start to the fat loss aspect. Any suggestions of a supplement that you've found to work well? Thanks. Mick age 44
