Q & A

Here is another Q & A section from some readers' questions.
'Hi Peter, I love your blog. I was wondering if I begin working out, how should I begin. I don't want to look like Arnold swartzanigger. I just want to look hott. Is there a ladies plan so i can look hott and not like Arnold Swartsanigger? Thank you, Pamela Williams'
'Hey Pete. I'm 16 years old and 120 pounds, which means I'm underweight. I eat well because my mom is both an amazing and healthy cook. I'm also active. I try to do a workout every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday to stay in shape (Get Ripped with Jari Love). Not only that, I walk home from school everday as well. I want to gain weight but I don't want to get it all in fat. Also, in the process be able to keep some fat off my stomach so my abdominals will show (What's there anyway). How should I do this? I would like to NOT use suppliments.'
'HEY PETE! First I'd like to say how much I enjoy your site!!! VERY HELPFUL!! I was wondering if you had any advice for full time college students regarding fitness training... I am a musical theatre major at NYU and my days are full of dance classes, yoga and pilates, however I never seem to have time to fit strength training into my demanding schedule. I try to get to the gym at least 3 times a week but honestly sometimes that does not always happen because of my schedule. Do you have any tips for someone who is consistent but does not want to spend hours in the gym every day? How much is too little? How much is too much? Also, as a poor college student and living in the dorms I am forced to eat at the dining hall lol any advice regarding nutrition for the college student under these circumstances? Thanks so much! scott'

tony: hi pete, my question is how many times can the forearms be worked out, I have read in arnolds book that you can do it every day but doesn't that defeat the purpose of resting the muscle? And if so how many sets and reps.09/30/2008
Peter Adonis: Ron, great! I can't wait, I'm going to do a whole post on it, also, put your phone # in the email as I want to speak to you about possibly selling them on the site once we add a store. -Peter Adonis09/29/2008
Peter Adonis: Ron, I'm having problems saving them as a jpeg, so that I can post them onto the blog? Can you send them to me attached (not zipped up), as 6 separate emails? Muscle755@aol.com -Peter Adonis09/29/2008
Will: I think you should monitor your posts a bit closer, this comment by Pamela show's her mentality. Swartsa nigger??? 'Hi Peter, I love your blog. ronray: Hi Peter, Sorry, I haven't been in contact for a while. I moved from New Jersey to Albuquerque, NM and It's taken me a while to get reestablished. But, I wanted to let you know. I finished your comic book. It's 7 pages and black and white. I think it looks great. It's in Illustrator on my laptop now and I've only got a few more things I have to do before I upload it to Deviant art. I'm still lifting weights and can now do 10 chin-ups. My max used to be 5 or 6. I'll be in touch. Ronray09/21/2008
Nick: Thank you Peter for answering my question, and for the compliment as well. Though so you could give me more help, maybe I should provide a wider insight on the workouts in the video I do? I don't think I should post them here though since the list may be a bit long, I certainly don't want to spam up your site, if you E-Mail me I could send you the information if you wouldn't mind. Thanks again. :)Add a Comment
