This is a great little protein snack for the 'lazy man or woman' who after a long day of work doesn't feel like cooking.  It's simple, no frills and perfect for someone on The Spartan Diet, trying to get lean.

Scott: Pete I am really looking forward to this buffalo crockpot recipe. I don't hunt buffalo, but I have venison, duck and pheasant that I have hunted with my dad and I would like to incorporate those maybe into this buffalo recipe. Let me know what you think? Email me at Scottoh23@aol.com

Scott: Pete...Loved the protein patties recipe. I used tuna and crab like you did. I was sharing the recipe with my mom and she told me that he mom used to make a similar cake with all salmon, egg whites and bread crumbs. Her mom would serve it with peas. It was kind of funny to hear that. Scott

Ronray: Hey Peter!, I had to buy fresh food this morning because I got back from California last night. I flew out to celebrate my 40th birthday. Anyway, I picked up 4 cans of tuna in water among other things. I spent the morning chilling and then I thought I would check out randy blue ripped. I saw your recipe on protein patties and just by coincidence I had all the ingredients to make it. The patties tasted great. Thanks for another awesome recipe. Ronray
