Posted on Monday October 26, 2009 by Pete
Recently, I've been using the Healthmaster, www.myhealthmaster.com to juice vegetables and fruits, so I wanted to share/review it with all of you. Here is the particular shake that I made in the video:
Ingredients:
Asparagus
Apple
Spinach
Broccoli
Swiss Chard
Banana
Mint
Enjoy!

Barn-Dog: To make your HealthMaster work better, try putting the heavy items (like the ice cubes) in last and the leafy veggies and liquid in first. This way, the ice will push down on the other, lighter stuff and all will be blended. ...An even better option, though, is to check out a VitaMix 5200 maybe the current model is 5500). I have one and love it. I've had it for about 4 years, and still use it probably 5 times a week. A bit pricy, but way better. Perfect smoothies, much quieter, and Made in America! It will make ice cream; and also boiling hot soup in about 8 minutes.) It's the same machine they use at Jamba Juice.10/30/2009
Arlene Smarkin: I think I am going to give this machine a try. I used the Jack LaLanne Juicer before with good results, but fell out of it because the cleanup was such a pain. Thanks for bringing this product to my attention. I will let you know how this goes. Arlene Smarkin10/28/2009
Private: Your body looks simply AMAZING! You are one of the most beautiful man that I've ever seen. Thanks for the review of this product, I'm going to look into it.10/27/2009
mikep: Great segment Pete....I juice sometimes and really hate the clean up afterwards. This definitely is an item I will think about purchasing in the future!Add a Comment
