ty: Sorry for doubling up, but just to confirm. I initally did my cardio and then my strength training. I'd then drink my postworkout shake. Now I've switched and do my strength training first. Do you recommend having the post shake before doing cardio or should I save it for after I'm done with everything?

Ty : Can you give a written list of the shake ingredients? I have trouble understanding everything. Thanks for all of the information you give on workouts and nutrition.

Joe : Hi, great segment. I have a question about my specific post workout routine. I'm trying to cut down on the amount of products I put in my body, so i have been taking unflavored whey protien Isolate which has 25g or protein and I also eat 8 ounces of baked sweet potato and 8 oz of b/s chicken breast. Do you think this is a good routine? Or am at a loss because I am not taking a post workout shake? Also I normally do like 20 mins of cardio at the end of my workout would i benefit taking my whey protein right my weight training or cardio? Thanks Joe

A.G.: Peter, thanks for sharing the ingredients of your pre- and post-workout shakes. You mention that you take your post-workout shake immediately at the conclusion of your workout. Will you please tell us when you take your pre-workout shake?
