Pec Training & Pre/Post Workout

Heyy pete, im a recently qualified fitness instructor and i just wanna know any tips on how i can make my pecs nice and round and big :)
Hi Pete, I Love your Blog! This is more of a comment. I can't thank you enough about stressing the Importance of pre and post workout shakes. That advice, has really changed how I feel after my workouts. I now longer feel drained after my training. Thanks for the great tip. Michael Philadelphia, PA
