Oriental Beef
Posted on Monday December 15, 2008 by Pete

Ingredients:
1 lb of sliced top round sirloin
Handful of alfalfa sprouts
Half of a package of sliced portabella mushrooms
Dijon Mustard
Balsamic Vinegar

Directions:
Spray a large saute pan with pam.  coat the bottom of the pan with balsamic vinegar/mustard.  Cook the meat until it is done.  Take out of the pan and place on a plate lined with paper towel.  Drain liquid in pan.

Respray pan with pam and coat bottom of pan with balsamic vinegar/mustard.  Add mushrooms and sprouts, cook until done.  Once the mushrooms and sprouts are done, re-add the meat back into the pan, so all of the ingredients mix well together.  Add a bit of balsamic vinegar on top, and serve hot!

Peter Adonis: Jake, I'm so glad that I was able to help you prepare for your photoshoot. When you get the photos back, email one to me at Muscle755@aol.com. Phillip - if you do eat healthy meals, you will add muscle and lean up as well. The key is consistency, not just eating 1 or 2 healthy meals.
