Number of Exercises and Carbs

"hey pete! i am curious-i know you said you do 6-7 excercises per muscle group,which i am but is that the same for arms? 6-7 for biceps and 6-7 for triceps?with adding more weight to increase muscle size?thx ill look forward to your response-kenneth "

Hey Pete, I'm 21 years old and in good shape. I've been working out seriously for a year or so now and I'm still stuck with an undefined stomach. I know you've said eating cleaner will get rid of that, but I'm unsure that if I eliminate too many carbohydrates I'd still have energy and gain muscle in other body areas. What do you think?"
