Mediterranean Grilled Chicken Breast

Ingredients:
Chicken Breast

Turmeric
Paprika
Cardamon
Black Pepper

Harissa
Sundried Tomatoes

Red wine vinegar
Balsamic Vinegar
Lemon Juice

Directions:
Mix the ingredients together to form the marinade.  Let the chicken marinate overnight, and then grill until done.  Serve hot and enjoy!

avragjoe: Pete, everything looked great, even the chicken ; ) I really like your blog, and look forward to following you to see if it will help me to stay motivated in my workouts. Thanks for last weeks feed back, I am trying to keep in a regular workout schedule with cardio 4 to 5 times per week after workout. thanks again.
