'Hi Peter, I am still having difficulties trying to get rid of my sidewaist fat. Iam trying now your side abs routing as a last attempt. Hope this help!!! does running or rowing help to get rid of this too? I have four months to my hols,so I am desperate now..'

Lipe: Thanks for making me aware of how silly I was regading my idea of losing wait for my holidays. Not to set goals was and is an amazing thing...I have enough pressure at work to add more pressure on my workouts for this matter. I have now completly changed my diet and the way I will be doing my work outs from now on. Lifestile was the key word for me and it is true. Since I started two weeks ago my new lifestile( eating properly, no drinking much) and directly attacking the parts of my body that I really want to change, I am really starting to see the differences on my daily life and routing thanks to that. Nevertheless,I will try to let you know my intake of food and the way I work out now the next time..cheers, Peter!06/02/2008

Xxxx heidi Leigh Xxxx: hiYa peteR, i havent been on ur site in a long time so i thought id stop by, great video about the abs, iwork out everday lots of cardio and it def keeps ur stomach flat but im also addin more situps for lots of definition, 8min abs is a great workout for the abs... any advice on how to really tone thighs, im def really fit but thats my main area thats hardest to really get the definition i aim for...05/16/2008

ritguy: Peter, So true! The whole thing about healthy eating and cardio is right on. Since switching over and doing more cardio and eating healthier,I have noticed a big change in my body! Takes time, but the results speak for themselves.05/15/2008
mikep: Lipe.... Pete's my trainer....and you can ask him....I get in a funk every now and then and want to throw in the towel. What Pete has taught me is to be patient...not to set goals....but like he says.....think of this as a lifestyle....not a temporary fix!
