"Hi peter, I'm from holland and I really like your tips on Randy Blue Ripped. Since I can't get any personal training I thought you could help me online.:) What can I do to get perfect abs? I try to work out but I see very little result. Maybe I should change my diet? or change my exersice? I'm 22 and I weigh 50 kilograms (that's 110 lb) :) So tell me what you think I should do. Thanks "

Impressed by Peter Adonis: I must say, I am totally amazed that you only work your chest once a week and only work out 1.5 hours per day for 5 days. Looking at your body, I would have thought you lived in a gym. Your muscle is not just big, but it is quality. I can see the strength. I love your recipes too because they are so practical. I'll never be the GOD that you are, but at least I may live longer to worship you.06/09/2009
