Healthy Tuna Lunch

Here is a healthy, quick, inexpensive lunch.  I've been eating it at least 3x a week recently.


Ingredients:
5 oz of canned tuna
2 tablespoons of hummus
1 tablespoon of kalamata olives
1 white from a hard-boiled egg

Black Pepper
Turmeric
Paprika

Combine all of the ingredients together and enjoy.  For thos of you trying to add some size, you can place it on whole wheat bread, but for those of you attempting to get lean, do not have the bread.
