Healthy Chicken Wings

Ingredients:
1 package of chicken wings
1 package of makoto ginger dressing
1 jar of roasted red peppers
1 jar of sliced (or pitted) kalamata olives

olive oil
balsamic vinegar
black pepper
crushed red pepper flakes
lemon pepper


Directions:

Coat cooking pan/pyrex with pam and add a mixture of balsamic vinegar/olive oil to coat the bottom of the pan.  Add the chicken wings.  Add the Makoto Ginger Dressing on top.  In a food chopper, mix roasted red peppers and kalamat olives... puree..... Pour the roasted red pepper/olive mixture on top of the chicken wings.  Mix together well.  Add black peppper, lemon pepper, crushed red pepper flakes and mix well again.

Cook on 350 for 2 hours.  Serve hot!
