Glutes and Loose Skin

"Hey, Pete I used to be morbidly obese, and through lifestyle changes went from 270 to about 140. But that was a few years ago; I'm 29 now, and I've put about 25 of those pounds back on and am as out of shape as ever. Two questions: 1) What's a good way to get motivated into jumpstarting a fitness plan (I was never really that consistent), and 2) is there anything you can suggest besides just toning that will help tighten up the skin that remains loose from having lost so much weight? You rock. Thanks for your help! "

My question is how can I get a more shapely rear? lol I know there are squats and lunges but is there any specific moves or exercises to work the top of the butt and the middle (the inside cheek area)? I'd appreciate any suggestions. My new swim trunks aren't helping me any. "
