Feeling Better
Posted on Tuesday January 15, 2008 by Pete

So, I slept 11 hrs last night, and I think that really helped me to recover fully.  I took a cell phone pic after the shower, so you can see my present condition.  You'll see that I'm pretty tan from the photo shoot yesterday, and also hairless.  I always do that before a photoshoot, so that the muscles 'pop' more.  Here is what I ate so far today:

11am:
Dan Active L Casei Immunitas
42 gram protein shot

1130 am:
oatmeal, wheat germ, whey protein, cinnamon, soy milk

1 pm:
4 hard boiled eggs

130 pm:
Perfect Food - Super Green Formula mixed with acai

230 pm:
Preworkout - Endorush by BSN -

430 pm:
Postworkout - Mass Recovery -

530 pm:
Churrasco steak, brown rice, black beans

730 pm:
35 gram RTD protein shake

1030 pm:
buffalo chili (ground buffalo, brown rice, black beans, red onions, garlic)

Lenny Tie: Just found this site. Your a handsome guy. I was interested in your daily routine. You tell us everything but when you take a shit. Is that important also? Really, in termes of when and what you eat??? Most of us do shit, so it's a fair health question.

Guido Meyer: youre absolutely right, muscles do look so much better when there is no body hair covering them ... the skin looks more tanned, it feels great and you see the definition much better .. oh and if you decide to post a right-after-the-shower-photo next time, lets see your WHOLE body; you know that u can afford it! -;)
