415 pm:
Vitargo CGL Postworkout shake

445 pm:
35 gram RTD protein shake

545 pm:
35 gram RTD protein shake

645 pm:
35 gram RTD protein shake

800 pm:
Chicken chop chop --- Grilled Chicken (extra chicken), brown rice, black beans, red onions

930 pm:
whole wheat pasta with a meat sauce

Rog: This new Randy Blue Ripped place is perfect for you my young friend. I wondered what happened to you for the last few weeks; now I know. I spent at least half an hour watching you fix yourself a VERY healthy breakfast, and doing some situps. All the photos I've seen of your Abs have been superb. But then, so have your great looking legs. (Which you seem not to be bragging about..) In any case, welcome to your New Site. I'll be watching it from now on for new stuff about Pete Adonis~!!
