Buffalo Roast

Ingredients:
2 to 3 lb Buffalo Chuck Roast (see TheBuffaloGuys or BuffaloGal websites for ordering information)
4 small packages of baby brussel sprouts
half of a container of prechopped onions
half of a package of prechopped baby bella mushrooms
balsamic vinegar
spicy horseradish mustard
horseradish
lemon
Gourmet Basil spread
Mrs. Dash No Sodium Zesty Garlic and Herb marinade
Mrs. Dash Dry Herbs
Directions:
Drain the blood from the roast in a collander. Put the roast into the crockpot. Add dry herbs on top of the roast. Add onions into the crockpot. Mix balsamic, lemon, mrs. dash marinade, basil spread, mustard, horeradish and once it is mixed pour on top of meat. Add Brussel Sprouts to the crockpot, add mushrooms to the crockpot. Add a bit more lemon on top of the mushrooms and brussell sprouts. Pour more Mrs. Dash Marinade on top of mushrooms, buffalo and brussell sprouts. Cook on low for 7 to 9 hrs.
