Buffalo Chili - All 3 Clips Added!
Posted on Thursday December 27, 2007 by Pete

All 3 clips of the Buffalo Chili are added to the site!  Let me know what you think.

Ingredients:
1 Red Onion
1 Red Pepper
Fresh Sage
Fresh Oregano
Fresh Basil
Baby Spinach
1 can of kidney beans (rinsed)
1 lb of ground buffalo meat
Wheat Germ
Baby Bella Mushrooms
Garlic
Mrs. Dash No Sodium Seasonings

Directions:
Chop up onion and pepper and place in a hot pan.  Place the buffalo into another hot pan.  Put Mrs. Dash No Sodium seasonings into both pans.  While those are cooking, chop sage, oregano, basil, spinach and place in a bowl.  When the onions and peppers are about halfway cooked add the mushrooms and garlic into the mix.  Once the buffalo is fully cooked, carefully spoon it into the other pan making sure to leave as much grease/fat in the old pan as possible.  Once this is done, add the fresh herbs and fold them into the mixture, so that they wilt.  Add the kidney beans into this, and let cook for 5 more minutes until the beans soften up just a bit.

Ron Ray: Hey Peter, I had your buffalo chilli for lunch today. I soaked the kidney beans overnight and they gave the chilli this great crunchiness. The chilli smelled terrific too. I'll have to try it next time with the fat free soy sauce and oregano. I love green tea now. I found that it really lightened my mood after I drank it and its also good for my insides.

Peter Adonis: Ron, I love doing squats on the smith machine, because I feel that it is a whole lot safer. Green Tea is great, I try to drink it almost every day, and sometimes 2x a day when I go eat sushi. -Peter Adonis

Ron Ray: I squatted today using the Smith machine for the first time after seeing you demonstrate it. Also, I began drinking the green tea that I bought a few months ago but didn't drink until I read your blog entry and learned about its terrific health benefits. Thanks for doing this website.
