Bicep, Tricep Workout

Here is a segment that I filmed on Friday at the gym. I really enjoy training arms together, as I truly believe that you grow from the pump. Here are some of the exercises that you see in the routine
1. Close Grip EZ Bar Curl
2. Single Arm DB Preacher Curl
3. Skullcrushers
4. Reverse Grip Tricep Pressdown
5. Tricep Pressdown
