hi pete im 18 years old weight 140 lbs. i want to start going to the gym but i have no idea nor have a daily routine. what can i do to get started?? what nutrition factor can i follow to gain muscle and get ripped?? help me out . thanks
Hey Peter, I'm looking to lose about 15lbs so that i can have a bit leaner look. I go running almost everyday for an hour and do a bit of ab work, but not much weight lifting. I was just wondering what workouts you would recommended that would have the fastest payoff. Thanks! Zack
