Ingredients:
Halibut filets
1 can of pitted Manzanilla olives
1 can of grape leaves
1 small bottle of lemon juice
1 small bottle of lime juice
small handful of spinach
4 cloves of garlic
Mrs. Dash Italian Medley
Mrs. Dash Tomato basil garlic
Mrs. Dash Table Blend
Dill
Black Pepper
Crushed Red Pepper

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Empty entire contents of lemon juice into the food chopper.  Add a small amount of lime.  Pour 3/4 bottle of the olives into the food chopper.  Add handful of spinach.  Add half of a bottle of grape leaves.  Add 4 cloves of garlic.  Blend.

Add dry herbs.  Re-blend.

Pour half of mixture into the pyrex, add halibut, pour the rest of the mixture on top of the halibut.

Cook for 30 to 40 minutes on 350 degrees.

HEAVEN: You keep getting better and better. Recipe was great, but you have never looked better. Your body is phenomenal. Your chest is amazing and abs are tremendous.
