Here are 3 questions that I answered!

"Hey! Keep up the greatness- you are truly inspiring. Just a question of curiousity, as i tend to struggle with my own sometimes, but where did you get your motivation from? Have you always been this driven? Did you bring yourself up from a not-so-healthy lifestyle? Thanks a Mil!"

"WHAT IS THE BEST EXERCISE TO TIGHTEN YOUR UPPER ABS"

"Hey! How often can you train abs "heavy"? I have heard different answers from basicly everyone Ive asked. From school Ive heard that you can train abs every 5-7 days with 8-12 reps and other sources says that you can train abs every other day with high reps. What is your proffesional opinion on this? Do you have any research avaible? Take care :)"

Peter Adonis: Buddyg - I would recommend training biceps and triceps together instead of doing the traditional back/biceps , chest/triceps split. -Peter Adonis

Buddyg: I wrote you a few months ago and your advice on nutrition was great. I have gained muscle mass and look better than ever. I only wish that my arms could be more well defined. Any suggestions?
