Afternoon Question and Answer Session

"Peter, I've noticed that when I first wake up in the morning I look "thinner" and more "cut", but throughout the day I feel like that goes away. Is there a reason why I am not staying thinner throughout the day? Are there certain foods to avoid, is this all just water retention? It just seems difficult to stay and feel cut all day long. Any suggestions? Bronson "



"I work out 5 days a week for 1 hours, mostly full body. and I do cardio 7 days a week for 45 min , I eat 6 small health meals, but I can't seem to lose the fat around the stomack, I was thinking about trying a fat burner, but is there a good one that works. or do I need to increase my cardio. let me know, I'm 5,11 180 and 38 year old."
