1130 am:
Oatmeal, whey protein, wheat germ, soy milk, cinnamon

100 pm:
Turkey meatloaf

245 pm:
Protein 'shot'

445 pm:
35 gram RTD

630 pm:
35 gram RTD

800 pm:
Large Chop Chop -- Grilled Chicken Breast, xtra chicken, brown rice, black beans, red onions topped with balsamic vinegar and fresh salsa

930 pm:
1 lb of shrimp, no seasonings, no sauce added

1130 pm:
leftover chop-chop (see above)

1200 am:
42 gram protein shot
